I’m a transpersonal coach and psychology teacher for higher education. I was born and raised in Barcelona and live in the north-east of Spain, next to the Mediterranean Sea.
My attraction to astrology and dreams started in my childhood and motivated me to gain a certification as an astrologer by the Astrological Faculty of London and to pursue a certificate in dream work while I was working in the corporate world as a marketing assistant.
Both dreams and astrological archetypes have been an important source of inspiration and guide for my life, helping me to digest my waking emotional experiences and promoting healing from within.
The type of astrology that I was primarily studying (Humanistic Astrology) led me to pursue a degree in Psychology. Once I finished my studies, I started to work as a career counsellor.
From 2002 to 2005 I was in charge of the astrology classes at the school of Psicología Evolutiva of Barcelona while I continued working as a career coach.
I started my meditation experience in 2000 with the practice of pranayama, Zen, mindfulness and self-inquiry.
In 2005, I started to work as a teacher of psychology and as career and educational counsellor. As a teacher, I introduce exercises where the body, the heart, the mind, and consciousness, are invited to co-creatively participate in the unfolding of learning.
Since I was 35, I have been attracted to visit the energetic vortex of the world such as the Himalayas, Sedona, Hawaii, Shasta, Vancouver Island and Chiapas. In these regions, I integrated myself into the local community and spent my days between my volunteer tasks in schools and practicing the meditations and rituals of their native culture. Through these stays, I could impregnate myself with the native culture archetypes and experiment their spiritual impact on my psyche.
My personal involvement in mindfulness, yoga, study of spiritual sources, astrology, dream work and meditative practices over the last 20 years has developed my feeling and intuitive senses preparing the soil to create a comprehensive coaching method that integrates self-awareness, astrology, and dream work.
